The Inspired Vida show gives a platform to those who were once struggling but are now thriving. Spend some time with us & our show as we get to know these people a bit better and dig a little deeper into what motivates and excites them, even after the adversity they once faced.

PIYO IS A WORKOUT THAT COMBINES PILATES & YOGA!

Classes are monthly & payments are due on the last Sunday of the month for the next month’s classes!

$30 a month with TWO classes a week

  • 30-40 workout sessions

  • Low impact

  • modifications/intensification moves shown
